Effortless Workflows — Referral Bonus Program

Terms & Conditions (T&C)

Effective [March 20, 2025]

1. Program overview

  • Referrer reward: $50 USD paid for each Qualified Referral that results in a fully-paid project with Effortless Workflows.
  • Referral reward (see §8): New clients brought in through the program may receive a welcome incentive (see below).

2. Who can refer

Any existing or past Effortless Workflows client, strategic partner, or subscriber (“Referrer”) who is at least 18 years old and legally able to participate.

3. Who qualifies as a new client

A “Referred Client” (a) has never engaged Effortless Workflows before, and (b) signs a paid service agreement of $300 or more within 90 days of the referral.

4. How to submit a referral

1️⃣ Self-report: Referred Client simply tells us the Referrer’s name any time before or during their discovery call (email, calendar intake question, or verbally).
2️⃣ Email intro: Referrer sends an intro email to [email protected] with both parties CC’d. Please provide:

  • Your name & email (Referrer)
  • Referred Client’s name, company, and email/phone
  • Brief note about their needs (optional)

5. Reward release

  • Referral bonus is issued 10 business days after the Referred Client’s first invoice is paid in full.
  • Bonus is delivered via ACH transfer or electronic gift card (Referrer’s choice).

6. Caps & Taxes

  • Unlimited referrals; however, IRS rules mean we’ll issue a 1099-NEC if your annual bonuses reach $600 in a calendar year.
  • One Referrer per Referred Client. If multiple forms name the same prospect, the earliest timestamp wins.

7. Welcome gift for the Referred Client

• 1-hour complimentary discovery call (instead of 30 min) – can be devided into two 30 minute sessions OR
• $50 off their first project (≥ $500).

8. Program changes & termination

Effortless Workflows reserves the right to modify or end the program at any time. Changes will not affect Qualified Referrals already recorded before the change date.

9. Fair-use & fraud

Referrals must be made in good faith. Self-referrals, fictitious accounts, or any attempt to manipulate the program will void eligibility.

10. Acceptance of terms

By submitting a referral form, Referrers agree to these T&C and any future amendments posted on this page (effortlessworkflows.com/refer).
