Built a custom workflow automation for a bridal tailoring business to streamline pricing, receipts, and customer management. The solution connects Excel, Square Appointments, OneDrive, and Google Sheets to eliminate double entry and reduce manual effort. Using Excel VBA and automation platforms like Make.com, I automated PDF receipt generation, customer folder creation, and transaction logging. I also mapped and optimized Kierra’s end-to-end process, replacing paper-based workflows with a scalable digital system tailored to her needs.
