Built a custom workflow system for a DJ and event company to automate client onboarding, booking, follow-ups, and internal task tracking. Integrated HoneyBook, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, ToDoist, and Google Workspace to streamline inquiries, manage bookings, and schedule events. Automated calendar updates and formatted booking data for tracking. Also created a detailed operations playbook documenting all core processes to support team training, consistency, and future business growth.
