Dashboard to Detect Failures
Created a dashboard using TIBCO Spotfire, MS SQL Server, and custom queries to track and diagnose automation failures. Identified root causes of recurring issues and reduced production errors that previously cost $2M annually.
Team Leadership & Agile Coaching
Managed and mentored a team of seven developers. Introduced Agile best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD processes through Azure DevOps, resulting in faster delivery cycles and higher-quality solutions.
Compliance & Risk Management
